1. Whats the MOQ for this machine? And how long it takes?
R: MOQ is one set. Normally about 3 weeks after deposit received.
2. Can we modify the devices which are built in this machine?
R: Sure, you can ask Netoptouch to add or remove devices from it.
3. Does it be with operating system and software?
R: Operating system is optional, but for such machine, we are not able to develop software.
4.Except hardware, what you will provide us?
R: SDK/drivers of all the devices.
Technical support online during its lifetime.
5. Whats the payment terms pls?
R: Usually 50% of payment as advance payment, rest to be balance before delivery.
