Product Description
It is suitable for factories that inspect large-size packaging products, such as food, medicine, and chemical products.
Detectable contaminants
Metal Detector For Food Factory can do contaminant detection inside the product, like metals (stainless steel), or non-metals (glass, ceramic, stone, bones, hard rubber, tough plastic, or products wrapped with aluminum foil or metallized film).
Data can be exported: The system can export production information as a spreadsheet and connect with the SPC system.
Live animation: The system supports FEMA connection. The animation completely simulates the actual performance in the form of animation, which is convenient for tracking any abnormal activities. 
Auto save: The system will automatically save the detected pictures for easy comparison.
Comprehensive Software: The system has advanced shielding function, optimizing the inspection sensitivity, and inspecting quality defects in products.
1. Safety and Reliability: there is X-ray leakage of less than 1µSv/h, complying with America FDA Standards and Europe CE Standards. The X-ray radiation against food is safe, with much less than 1Gy.
2. The complete protection structure helps prevent leakage accident caused by unproper operation.

4. Preset default detetcion parameter: all the data will be saved into the machine automatically, which is used for source-tracing and quality control.
