For Aluminum front panel, We offer anodised aluminum, powder-coated aluminium and natural aluminium.
Anodized aluminum has a matt and hardened surface finish. Its an excellent choice for high-resolution printing with our industrial printing process.
For acrylic front panels, We offer acrylic material in transparent and various colour options. A UV print process is used for digital printing. Printing can be applied to both the front and back of the front panel.
For FR4 front panels, As a special feature, the printed circuit board material FR4 is also available, however this material cannot be printed or engraved. FR4 can be used as a non-conductive insulated panel for good temperature resistance.
For glass front panel, Tempered glass panel is a kind of safe glass and the fragment of which does no harm to people.It's 4-5 times safer and harder than ordinary annealed glass.Special logo and pattern can be printed on tempered glass. Silk screen glass is made by using special printing ink to print through a screen onto glass, The printing part is opaque.Silkscreen glass is more durable, scratch-proof, moisture-resistant than ordinary color printed glass. Outstanding performance in resisting thermal stress and wind-load.Bear sudden temperature change of 220 centigrade degree.The tempered glass meet the needs of the strict requirement for architecture, furniture, Electronic industry.

Front Panel Designer provides what is needed to easily create custom-designed front panels, instrument panels, scales and signs. With just a couple of clicks you can place multiple features directly onto your project, such as drilled holes, threaded or countersunk holes, rounded edges etc. Front Panel Designer comes with numerous fonts and engraving objects. It also allows the import of your graphic design via vector file to complete the visual impression of your front panel.
