TTW-1636 High Precision PID Temperature Controllers for Injection Mould
TTW series water type mold temperature controllers have standard type, high temperature type, dual temperature type, mainly control the mold temperature to be kept in a constant temperature state. It uses water as heating media to realize heat exchange by direct & indirect cooling. The standard type adopts direct cooling for the mold return water through cooler; The high temperature type adopts indirect cooling through cooler, then pump pressure via heater and then sent to the mold, to achieve the requirements of heating and constant temperature. Water type has its superiorities with high efficient heat transmission, less pollution, water resource easy to be attained with low cost

1. To adopt microcomputer dual P.I.D. automatic calculation controller, can be two-way control (heating and cooling), rapid heating and cooling speed lead temperature to be kept precisely and stably with accuracy up to +0.1ºC.
2. Weekly timing automatic switch on and off, can save electricity and effective arrangement of work to improve efficiency. In addition, it also can support Chinese/English switch.
3. Unique heating design is suitable to different temperature control application with excellent & distinct power saving.
4. Electric control box and machine body are isolated to acquire good effects on heat insulation, can extend the service life of electric component.
5. Safety protection and fault indication system includes: main power non-fuse braker; pump reversal and overload protection, protection against water shortage and overheating protection, easy operation and maintenance.
6. Imported hi-class parts with long service life to save maintenance cost.
7. 304 stainless steel integrated pipelines with less pipe resistance and even heating for long service life.
8. Equipped with low liquid level & water inlet low pressure protection, system high pressure protection, automatic water refilling and air exhausting function.
9. High efficiency high temperature pump to realize high efficiency heat exchange.
10. Forced cooling can quickly change mold to save time.
11. Fast heating and cooling time, stable temperature.
12. It uses water as heating media, standard type can heat up to 120 oC; high temperature type can heat up to 160oC.
